thanx for the speedy response . iv gone into my account and can see were to download but does this download the whole thing again, or just upgrade ???
theres only one thing to select “download” is that what i should do.?
im working with TB5 and am on a mac. and i cant scrub audio on the time line. iv seen other questions on this and there is a ‘PATCH" i can down load to sort this. problem i cant find where it is on TB site. can anyone guide me to where it is and what i have to do. pleas help im going mad javascript:replaceText(’%20:(’)
You should be able to download the software from your account section after signing into the toonboom website.
If you have any problems downloading it, you can contact support@toonboom.com
You have to download the full package again and reinstall it.
