I started my project in NTSC 720 x 540 24 FPS 1.33 and now want to increasthe resolution e to HDTV 1920 1080 24 1.78. Is this possible? If so how can I accomplish this? I’ve put a lot of work into animating this scene and would hate to have to start over. Please advise.

go to the scene menu, then scene settings and you can change them there.
If you are changing to a different ratio you will probably need to change your camera moves but all your animations will be fine.
