I have purchased this license for Toon boom harmony advanced and have gone to activate it so I can work on my project. This error code pops up and tells me my account does in-fact does not have a subscription. I have provided photos of both the error code.
Toon Boom recently made changes to their licensing server, rendering older versions of the program unusable. I recommend that you email customer support, if you haven’t already. They may be able to assist you with an upgrade.
I just experienced this after installing and launching Harmony Premium. So I went to the Product Registration tab in my account and entered my license key, and then Harmony Premium was shown in My Downloads and I was able to activate it.
I did try this, it simply said the code was invalid even though it says its expires in September
