There may not be a simple answer for this problem and it is something Toon Boom technicians should be involved with.
There are many possible reasons this could be happening.
This is just a user forum and it is probably beyond the scope one should expect from the user populace.
Toon Boom has not been monitoring activity here with any degree of consistency.
