Producer asking to manually unzip everytime

Hi!

Hoping to get this resolved quickly- I’ve been brought onto the project as a colourist so I do need to be a bit speedy. Everytime I try and open a file through the harmony link on chrome it takes a long time and usually ends up in this code:

“Unable to unzip the exported package. You can unzip it manually in C:\Users\mikae\Desktop\chervelle_offline.”

Sometimes it doesn’t download either and theres no file for me to manually unzip.
