Toon Boom Harmony Pro (latest version) collapses when using the envelope filter! Any idea what’s wrong?

By collapses, do you mean crashes, minimizes the view or something different?

Which model graphic card is installed on the computer?
How many monitors are attached and what are their screen resolutions?
