Problems importing Adobe Illustrator file into Harmony Advanced 22

Hey there, I’ve upgraded from Harmony Essential to Advanced and surprisingly I can’t import AI files. I’ve tried saving them in CS2 and above, but they simply remain ‘greyed out’. My preferences already allow to import AI or PDF. Please help. Thanks.

This has been a known issue since Harmony version 22.0.2, as was discussed from the below topic:

Greetings! MEL from Toon Boom here! Harmony version 22.0.2 currently has a known issue with the PDF export. The issue has been fixed and the feature will be available in the future version patches! It was not an intentional removal of the feature, worry not. In the meantime, as a temporary workaround, you can either: use 22.0.1 to make your imports OR You can also contact our support team at desk@toonboom.com they might be able to give you a temporary fix in the meantime th…

I hope it will be fixed soon, and it doesn’t seem matter which Toon Boom plan you are using since both Harmony Advanced and Premium gave me the same issue.
