when I export a movie in Toon Boom in 24 frames per second (for example…), the program makes a movie with a different frame rate.
Why is that?
If you export an AVI, Quicktime or Bitmap sequence, the movie should be exported at the frame rate of the project. If you believe that the output is made at a different frame rate then please contact support@toonboom.com. Make sure to provide full details regarding the type of export you did and the settings used. Please be ready to upload your project and the movie for analysis.
