Problem with Drawing View

Hi, I’m experiencing some problems with Toon Boom Studio 4.5 for Windows. For some reason when I open my project, I can’t view my work, draw or paint in it. Also, I’ve notice the grid doesn’t appear at all. I currently own Windows XP and ToonBoom Studio 4.5. I hope you can help me out Thanks.

You may want to try turning on the Light Table, so you can see the various elements.

I’ve already tried turning on the light table and nothing happens.

Does this problem occur only from the drawing view? Can you see anything from the Camera view?
