I just bought the Toonboom license for life but I have this problem of the sound files not showing when I open my toonboom storyboard file !
I was renting monthly just before and NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM !!
Please help because it’s URGENT for my workflow !!
sound files are MP3 or Wave and I never moved the folder where they are… I never had any problem during years but now that I bought the license for life I have this …??? ! What is happening ?
Try contacting support and have them have a look.
