I just upgraded to 5.5. There are presets I still want to transfer over from my version of 4.1 however now that I’ve activated 5.5 on my machine, my old license key linked to 4.1 won’t work. When I try to open 4.1 it says that it is deactivated and when I try put in my license key it gives me ERROR 7174.
My account on the Toon Boom website still has both my 4.1 and 5.5 license keys saved.
I paid for both versions of Storyboard Pro. I was under the impression I would be able to use both. I didn’t expect Toon Boom to TAKE AWAY a version of the program I fully paid for.
