POSTERIZE TIME - set a whole composition in twos or threes

Would be awesome to count with a node that could set a whole “flattened” composition (including all transformations, transparency effects, blurs, anything animated) to be rendered in twos or ones or threes. Similiar to the posterize time in AE.
Right now I think the best option would be to render the whole comp as pngs and then delete, or extend exposure of each frame as needed.
