I bought TBS yesterday and the The How to Animate e book plus the
Toon Boom Studio Workout Bundle.

I DOWNLOADED TBS FROM MY MEMBER ACOUNT +THE KEY OK
Here is my problem ?

I have received no emails from TB on how to down-load The How to Animate e-book and the Toon Boom Studio Workout Bundle.

I have sent e-mails with my order ID to INFO… SUPPORT… AND… SALES
and with no reply.

Please Help

Hi Paul,

Make sure the e-mail was not sent to your junk mail, this situation happens often since the mail is sent as an automatic reply. As for the answer you should get one within 24h after the reception of the mail on our side.
