Please help me!

Problem 1:
When I try to cut and paste an imported image, it was resized automatically!

When I avoid problem 1 by duplicate the element and delete the unwanted parts, it’s fine but problem 2 starts. When I attach one element to another (parent), it’s also resized!

What is happening? Please help me!
I’m using Toon Boom 4.

Well. It works on me but I do not have version 4. Maybe the glitch in version 4?
Try with the trial version of version 8 if it is the same.
