I have monthly desktop subscriptions of harmony and storyboard pro, someday my computer suddenly crashed, I have no chance to release the licenses, and I have to reinstall the system. So when I setup toon boom software again, they can’t be activated, because it says “already installed”, and I can’t cancel these old versions of the license!
Now I have much work to do, but I can’t enter Storyboard pro and harmony! Please help me!
