I have no way to add a keyboard shortcut to this and i really love using it to keep my vector drawings clean.
Please add “remove contour strokes” into the shortcuts list in prefferences

Thank you for the suggestion.
In the mean time, I don’t know if this would help you, but you can add the Remove Contour Stroke button to your Camera or Drawing View toolbar using the Customize option so at least you can access it in one click instead of through a menu.
