Playback & Preview not happening TBS 3.5.1

TBS 3.5.1 Problems

Preview Movie & Quick Preview will crash and give me a Windows error.

I tried checking the play flash box in Quicktime v7.1.5 prefs/advanced.

I found the upgrade to TBS 3.5.1 and installed it.

I am using a Wacom Cintiq tablet.

Windows XP

Adobe Master Collection CS3

What else can I do to get this to work?

Hi,

Is this happening in all of your project? The type of error you are getting seem more related to the fact the preview is incapable of handling the size of the animation rather then the actual playback being blocked.

Are you also able to render the project.

It will not render the project. I usually render as a quicktime file for video but it will start the export/render and after 1.5 seconds realtime or 7 seconds of movie time it stops and gives me and error.

Is there any error code that would give an idea of exactly what is weong?

Hi,

There is no actual code since the error is simply that the machine is running out of memory, therefore stopping the current task.

This being said by looking at your project I could probably see what could be in cause. Send us the project at techsupport@toonboom.com and I will try giving a look to it to see what is wrong.

Also could you provide us your machine specs so we can make sure everything is in order there as well.
