So i’m on the trial version of Toon Boom Harmony Advanced, and I want to play my animation to see how it looks, but every time I press Play Forward, the timeline moves but the animation doesn’t, it just stays at the first frame.
I use a Windows 7, so maybe that could be the problem, but if anybody has any idea as to why this is happening, I would be delighted to know, because i’m really enjoying this program.
Can you post a screen shot of the Timeline?
Try turning-off the onion skin feature. This can help if your
graphic card is underpowered.
I tried this many times but it hasn’t done anything
Did you try closing other program and webpages?
Re-installing the graphic card driver?
Booting with only one monitor attached?
Which model graphic card is it you have installed?
Looks like you are in Drawing View.
Click to Camera View and try playing the animation.
For me that usually happens because I didn’t render the frames. Try pressing the render and play button. I think it’s a play button with a star next to it.
You’re right, I didn’t notice that it was the Drawing View selected.

hi, i have a character I’m rigging and im using the trial (on a mac ) incase that is necessary, however it would show my character. the file opens but it doesn’t show how do i fix this.
