Pivot problem | when set object moves

Hi, I have a problem with pivot tool. I already done the rigging put my character facial parts under face group and under deformation root. Now when I want to change the pivot position of the eye or any other part of the face it moves relatively to the peg In other words when I move peg to right eye moves slightly to the left. I could move all the pegs and then position all the parts of the face but is there much better way?
