Pen buttons registering as drawing

I recently bought Essentials and I’m having a weird issue.

Basically I use a Huion tablet, and I have mapped the 2 buttons on my pen to the , and . keys, and I use those keys to move back and forth between keyframes. This helps me flip my animation to see how it moves, however for some reason ToonBoom detects those button clicks as if I was touching the tablet with the pen, and this means I end up with tiny scribbles all over my frames when I flip frames. For now it’s not that big of an issue, but in the long run it’s going to really ruin my workflow and there’s no reason for this to happen, literally no other drawing software does this.

The Huion tablet is not supported for use in the software.
Harmony uses the standard tablet drivers. Many of the larger
software companies ship custom drivers with their software
to get around the weakness of the standard drivers.

One thing you can do is try and uninstall all tablet drivers and
tablet preferences and check if there is a newer updated driver
from Huion.

It may also help to deleted your Harmony preferences at the
same time to reset them.

It did not work, I guess I’m stuck with the issue.

Thanks for the reply and help, didn’t think of checking the supported tablets before buying.
