PDF doesn't include text of Dialog/Action

Using Storyboard Pro 5.5.

When exporting a PDF: the Dialog, Action Notes, etc., do not export. I was told that a workaround is to extract the panels and create a new file, but it does not help. Any ideas?

Normally captions are exported and you can check the settings of your
PDF export profile’s “Captions” tab to check the settings.

You will need to provide a little more info or the context.
