I sometimes find a pasted element light years from the frame and have to zoom out to reposition it. Would you please tell me what causes this?

By default when you copy a piece of drawing it will paste it pretty much in the same location the original copied element was (with a small offset). When exactly do you get this behavior?

I can not determine when this happens. It is not random of course but is a total mystery. I will try to focus on the context and get back to you. Thanks for the help.
