Does TBS 3.5 have any options like ‘Paint Fills’ in Flash, for those of you who don’t know what that means, it means that you draw with the pencil and then you can take the brush and run it over the pencil line and the pencil line remains on top of the fill.

To get this done what you could do is simply bringing the line to the front after you have done you painting (select the line>Tool top menu>Arrange>Bring Front).
