I am unable to open the manager in opus 6.1. from client, i am able to connect to db server.
I am getting an error as below:
usadb (invalid index number) : //usaserver/usadb/enve/env
segmentation fault.
i have re-configured the connectivity of db server and services.
and lastly re installed the application in client. but problem is remians same.
Can any one help in this regard.

You posted this on the wrong place. To have access to the Opus forum you need to have a valid support contract so you might want to get in contact with your sales representative to acquire access to that section.
