Operations error: 7284

I tried to return my license to use on another device, and this error message happened: ‘Inactive license’ which is not true because it is working, Than I click ‘Viev intrernal FLEXnet error’ and get 'Operations error: 7284 Cannot perform support actions on inactive fulfillment record.
Now I can’t use toon boom on any device and I need it for work, please resolve, I’m desperate!
