Hi! Is the Harmony version you aim to purchase too advanced or old for your current computer? Have you checked if the bank is blocking you from purchasing the license? Which payment option are you using? Which credit cards you attempt to use?

I don’t get why your pay system must be so inconsistent.
A perpetual license would ACTUALLY be my only choice, but even with upgrading from Studio to Advanced, it’s still a bit too expensive for me (726$).
That’s why I was just about to bite the bullet and purchase a subscription license for Harmony Advanced and since I’m a student, I checked out the student opportunities.
But then I found out that, in contrast to the perpetual license, I can’t pay with PayPal.

I’m trying to buy a monthly license but as soon as I select my country (Canada), the field for entering my credit card number grays out and becomes uninteractable.
Today I was going to buy a toon boom essentials subscription but when I enter my card in it says bank decline even tho this is a prepaid debit visa gift card so I wondering do yall take prepaid cards or not?
I used a paid gift visa card and its not working to pay off. Im confused. Is there a reason for this? I did add money in it.
