No permission to access the tutorials?

Installed the software and want to get to the free tutorials but I get this message:
You don’t have permission to access /products/toonBoomStudio/eLearning/tutorials/ on this server.

I am on a MAC, anybody got a sec to help me out?

Are you having this issue when you try to download from our website?

If so, have you tried downloading again? Let us know which exact link you are trying to access so we can better help you.

I am having the same problem:

linking by way of the “free tutorials” link on tbs5 splash page.

Receive:

Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /products/toonBoomStudio/eLearning/tutorials/ on this server.

(also on Mac, if that makes a difference.)

Try this page, and click on the link “Quick Start Tutorial”:

(if not, log in first, and try again…)
