No email?

I have not received any emails from TB in some time, even though I checked my account status and everything is as it was before, including accepting emails for newsletters, offers, etc.

Is this happening to anyone else? I am worried that because of this I missed out on any email-only offers for Animate customers, etc…

If you are having trouble receiving emails, then feel free to write in to info@toonboom.com or support@toonboom.com and see if they can help you with your account.

When we phased in the new website last week, we merged together your user account for your forums account with your regular account where you buy and register products on the store. It’s much more robust, and makes a lot more sense! But perhaps if you had two different accounts, one might have had an old email address.
