Newly bought Toon Boom Harmony 20 Advance keeps crashing after opening

I just bought this program, and no matter what, it crashes after being open for less than a minute. I can draw in it and it’ll crash, and I can do absolutely nothing and it’ll crash.

I use Windows 10, my System Type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor,
I have two monitors. Both Display Modes are 1920x 1080 (32bit) (59Hz) and their graphics card is Intel(R) HD Graphics 630. I also have a Cintiq 16. Its Display Mode is 1920x 1080 (60Hz) and its graphics card is NVIDIA GeForce 1060 3GB.
