New V 5. "FULL INFORMATION PLEASE"

Hi all
I am wanting to really know what is in version 5. I have found in the past that new versions are always boasting of things that were already in the software.

e. g. I felt able in my v 4 to be able to do 'stop motion’
Fuller descriptions of the updates would help.

Is there any discussions on the matter?

I am only a pensioner and don’t feel able to waist my money.
