I just purchased a wacom Bamboo Pen and touch tablet for my daughter as well as the Toon Boom studio 6. We have installed the software and hardware and are having an issue drawing with the pen. As soon as we place the pen to the tablet to draw the drawing area in the program goes black. After drawing and picking up the pen the drawing grid reappears and we can see what was drawn. So we are drawing blind. Is this how it is supposed to work? Help us please!

Looks like a Graphic Card issue…?
In Toon Boom Studio’s Preferences / Display…
Change from OpenGL to Quartz2D/Direct3D or vice versa…
Restart Toon Boom Studio.
