I’ve just downloaded the trial of toon boom animate one. But, i got an issue with the network toolbar<; it’s missing. . . is that because it’s not the pro one? ???

Yes, I think just Pro vesion can show network toolbar.
Tomicic is correct, the network view is a Pro feature.
