Need to transfer authorizaiton license

My previous computer crashed. I need to install my ToonBoom studio on my current computer. I need to speak with a person since I can’t deactivate the license key from my previous computer–it is quite literally DEAD. It won’t start.

Can someone give me a number for support?

You should email licenser@toonboom.com for that. Include your license activation code and explain why the license no longer works as you did in this post. You should usually receive a reply the same working day.
