Need support for Europe (24-7) + Licensing "wizard" is bad system

Please setup a service that people from Europe can contact during business hours of western Europe. Or don’t sell your product to Europeans.
Lost a lot of hours WAITING for the support service to wake up.

  • most of the problems are related to an ancient and weird licensing system.
    Make logging in and out of your license much easier please.
    Learn from Adobe for instance.
    We’re in 2018, make things modern please.

I’m not happy with the service nor the software licensing system.

Nobody is, the licensing system is one of the things the Toon Boom users complain most about. We hate the way it works and the way it won’t let us to have a second installation without a cumbersome process every time we switch.
