Need Help transfering DV to MPEG-2

I am on Mac OSX and trying to convert TBS v3 output
for a burnable DVD. The only (non-windows)
software I’ve seen to convert
DV to MPEG-2 is over $2000. I am checking prices on
post-production facilities, but that’s still an additional
$500. Anyone have any ideas?

i’m not on a mac, but you can export the film to digital video (.dv) and then import it to the idvd (part of your ilife bundle) and burn your dvd.
