I am unable to download any free trials, it says “Unable to activate trial please try again” and I’ve been here for three hours researching solutions to no prevail.
My subscriptions say I have an active subscription, but when I move to the downloads tab it says I don’t.
Any help is appreciated, all the forum threads I’ve found for support are for after someone downloads Harmony Essentials but I can’t even do that.
