i always say, comic artists are animators in the works, they won’t take long to make the transition. i used to do Manga before i started animating. so i know when comic artists decide to cross over to animation, they would have already mastered storyboarding, key poses/frames, layout and composition. and it would be easier for them to animate.
i don’t know what the conversation was, but it all nicely fit.
