how do i get the work out series and how to animate. i ordered the product and it only came with a key for the program?

I have the same problem. I ordered the July promo, but I only got one e-mail with the license key for TBS, and there were no instructions on how to get the workout and e-book.
I thought I made a mistake when I ordered, but apparently I didn’t. It’s a good thing I saw this post - thank you for the information, Matthieu. I’ll send an e-mail to the address you suggested.
