My Harmony is always Hanging - Need help asap!!!

Hi . I just purchased a toonboom harmony 17 and I have been working on this but I noticed that each time I put my computer on sleep and return to resume work it hangs and nothing moves for hours. I lost a whole day’s job 2days ago and now it has started again and I am about to loose hours or work again. I even activated to automatically save after a period of time but I noticed that it did not even save the work over the past one and a half hours.

Kindly help rectify this issue as it is really frustrating my efforts at work.
