My Educational License is not working?

Hey everyone,

I have a desktop subscription that is free through my university. It was working beautifully until about 5 days ago. Now when I try to use storyboard pro, it says it can’t find/renew my license. But I know I had one 5 days ago? I just activated my license over winter break. Please help? I’ve tried un-insttalling and re-installing.
