Multiple SBP's

Is it possible to have a second instance of Storyboard Pro open? Or is it possible to have more than one file open at once (like Photoshop or Flash)?

For Macs:

Yes you can have multiple instances. I was told you would have to launch it from the terminal. I was also given the caveat that it is not recommended to launch two instances.

1. Run the first instance of Storyboard regularly.
2. Open up a terminal and navigate to Applications/Toon Boom Storyboard 2 /
3. Run the command:
open -a StoryboardPro.app
4. You should now have to versions running.

OR

This seemed to also work for me.

1. Run the first instance of Storyboard regularly.
2. Navigate in the finder to Applications/Toon Boom Storyboard Pro/
3. Select Storyboard Pro
4. File > Make Alias
5. Move the Alias to your desktop
6. Double Click the Storyboard Pro Alias Icon
7. You should now have to versions running.

i have always opened from applications ( should allow me to open from SBpro itself however. with a window reminding me that I already have a project open ) ) .
Opening two ( or more ) SBpro files is very important .
A scene isn’t finished after its first pass . you may get many versions . And need to grab panels from a previous pass and insert into the latest pass . .
i use apple tab to switch between the two open versions of SBpro without having to minimise one .
