I am following the tutorials, when I go to top view it will not let me select or move any layer! It shows the circle with a cross when I hover over the window. But, fails to tell me why I can’t. So, what obscure setting is causing this to happen, is there a certain mode that I have to be in to use this feature?
just make sure your drawing has enable 3d
drawing/layer properties/transformation/enable 3d
