Muiltiple layers wont show

Hello

I am fairly new to ToonBoom and I have been using it for a few months on Mac
Recently I have transferred the files from OS to Windows and things were working well until I open the program. When I opened the file, there were two primary errors.

First being that I cannot view multiple layers at once as the image shows

And second (probably related to the first) is that I cannot play the animation

When I transfer the files to a Mac, the files work fine

If there is anything I can do please let me know

My laptop is a Windows 10 with an Intel(R) Core™ i5-6198DU CPU 2.30GHz 2.40GHz

Thats hard to know.

If it’s related to mac vs Windows or the setup of your windows laptop.

If you dont get a good answer I recommend that you send a message to TB support.
The often answer fast.

I hope you get it solved.

I do not have a Support plan (Bronze, Silver, Gold), nor do I know know my activation key.
Are you sure they will respond?

Could the issue be about memory?

Maybe.
Often problems like this could be related to the graphic card. Have you tried to update to latest driver?
