Moving Toolbars in SBPRO4

Hello,
does anyone know how to “float” toolbars in this new version? In the previous one I used to have the EDIT toolbar (copy, paste, cut) floating near my layers, so I could quickly edit without using keyboard at all.

But now as soon as I try to take the tools out of the toolbar they instantly return back to their original position. I can successfully move windows around the workspace, but I have no way to arrange toolbars to meet my needs.

I’m running SB PRO 4 on a QuadCore 2012 iMac with OSX Lion

It does not work with current version. Should you ask support for feature request

How do I do this? I too want to float my toolbars.
