moving pivot points

I made my puppet. I made my puppet run. I can’t seem to substitute drawings, every time I change to a different drawing in the symbol it moves the pivot point and leg goes separates. Any thoughts on how I can resolve this?

I assume you need a different pivot for each drawing but you don’t.

So when you set pivot go over too the tool properties and deselect the “set pivot on all frames” button and you can set a different pivot for each frame.
