Movements do not appear

Hi! Please, can anybody hlp me?

I create a cartoon (as 12fps), i export it and open in Quick time and all looks ok.

But then… I export the animation to a video editor program (as after effects or adobe premiere) setting the project to 12 fps too… BUT there:
1- the animation don’t runs at the same speed
2-some movements doesn’t appears

Please, i need the solution… I don’t understand it, I made the two projects (toon boom and porject of video editor at 12 fps)

I think the problem could be that most editing programs might not support a frame rate as low as 12 fps. What program are you using for editing?
