If you have a loop in a peg and want to move that its not problem to move it to a frame above 1 but if you want the loop to start on frame 8( in the loop) instead of 1 you would like to move the layer to start on -8 on the timeline.
This works in After Effecs and I think TVpaint. I would be very good to be more flexible.
Now you need to cut fram 1-7 and move the layer to the start.
New feature or Can you already to this?
