Mouse Wheel won't work on Harmony Essentials 22

Just downloaded Harmony Essentials 22 and now my mouse wheel won’t work when trying to zoom in or out. I’m using Windows 8. Any help much appreciated! Thanks!

Harmony 22 System Requirements:

• Windows 10 (64 bit)
• Windows 11

So I don’t know if Windows 8 might be an issue. Try going into you Windows Settings and finding if your Mouse has an option for Scroll inactive windows when I hover over them and enable it, as posted in this post…

Scroll wheel doesn't work to zoom in and out

Update Support has been helping me with this issue for the past week and I just received a solution. I’m posting about it here in the hope that it helps anyone else who is having this problem. If you can’t zoom with your mouse scroll wheel & you are using Windows 10, go to your Windows Settings > Devices > Mouse, and check if you have the ‘Scroll inactive windows when I hover over them’ setting enabled. Thanks, Steenbeck. I found out the problem has to do with my using Windows 8, so I’ll have to wait until I can get a new PC with Windows 10 or 11. In the meantime, I reverted back to Harmony 21 and everything works fine again. Thanks for your help!
