every time i try to morph a movement (such as a flag) the morphing keys will only show up until the 2nd keyframe. How can i fix this
What do you mean exactly? Are you trying to set up a sequence that has multiple morphs in it? If you want to do this, then for each sequence (between the two keyframes) you need to right-click and select Morphing > Create Morphing.
