Animate is a fairly new program, so Tutorials are still in the making by TB and 3rd party providers. a good number of the tutorials for Toon Boom Studio do apply to Animate try looking into some of those. I also believe a company called Cartoon Smart is putting out tuts for animate. Look in past postings you will see there post here some where about the tuts they have online.
